Orlando is always a magical place, but when you throw in a business convention, 27 teammates under one roof, and a little luxury shopping… it becomes unforgettable!
Yes, you read that right – 27 of us shared one villa. It was absolutely nuts, but in the best way. For the first couple of days we soaked up the sunshine by our private pool, swapped business ideas over coffee and croissants
, and bonded as a team.
Of course, no Orlando trip would be complete without hitting a few iconic spots. We wandered through Universal CityWalk to snap that classic globe photo, headed over to Disney Springs for dinner at STK (incredible steaks and cocktails!), and I celebrated reaching Directorship with a little treat for myself – a brand-new Coach handbag.

Some of the team made a splash at the waterpark, while others of us opted for an airboat ride through the Everglades (booked through our own travel business platform, of course – earning 13% commission along the way!). We even stopped off for a hearty Catfish lunch on the way back.
And the night before convention officially began, we finished in style – cruising on a boat beneath the fireworks at Disney. Watching the night sky light up over the water was nothing short of magical.
Convention Kicks Off

After our pre-convention adventures, it was finally time to dive into the main event — and wow, what an experience!
Day 1 kicked off with Team UK dressed in bold red, ready to represent. Caroline Hamilton set the tone by reminding us just how powerful this industry is — network marketing has created more millionaires than any other industry except real estate. It even outpaces music and gaming combined! What stood out most was her message that ordinary people, with extraordinary drive, can create real freedom and wealth. We’re not “stuck,” we’re in session — training, learning and levelling up for the next milestone.
Natalie Graham followed with fantastic insights on building your business both online and offline. She reminded us that connecting with your audience, whether face to face or through digital platforms, is key to long-term success.
Day 2 saw Team UK in white, and I was buzzing — my favourite leader, JP Watkins, was taking the stage alongside our founder and CEO Donald Bradley, and top income earner Rachael Llaji. The core message? You have to start bad to get good. Every single one of them reminded us that skills are built over time — through showing up, learning, and being willing to grow.
We heard powerful stats too: did you know 75% of the network marketing industry is made up of women? One of my favourite quotes came from this day: “No one books a destination wedding and goes next week.” Building our businesses is about the future — it takes vision, patience and consistent work.

The sessions focused on leadership and goal-setting: set the goal, coach the goal, measure the goal. We also learned about starving distractions and confronting fear head-on, because that’s often where the money (and growth) lies. And the best reminder of all: we don’t just sell travel, we offer an opportunity for a better life.
The evening closed with a high-energy pep rally where our founder literally crowd-surfed (yes, really!) and awards were handed out. Two of our team proudly received the Fireball Award — such a special moment to witness.

Day 3 was all about celebrations, and our dress code was “sensational.” The outfits were absolutely brilliant — it felt like the perfect way to finish such a powerful weekend together. I had the incredible honour of walking the stage as a One Star Director — alongside six amazing teammates — in front of more than 6,000 people. It’s hard to describe the feeling, but it was powerful, emotional and unforgettable.
We also celebrated others’ achievements, with eight millionaires walking the stage — five of them from the UK! There were six-figure income earners, Iron Woman awards, and story after story of people changing their lives through this business.
The energy didn’t stop there. We heard from our host agency’s CEO, who shared some jaw-dropping stats:
40% growth year-on-year for the past seven years (compared to the industry average of 11%)
$5.3 billion in commissions paid to agents over the past decade
In July this year alone, $10 million was paid out
40% of total production now comes from the UK
Those aren’t just numbers — that’s life-changing income and proof of what’s possible.
And then, to top it off, we had the honour of hearing from the incredible leadership expert and author John C. Maxwell. He shared his five-step process on leadership and reminded us why growth, service and influence matter. Did you know he’s written 92 books? I’ll definitely be adding a few to my reading list!
After the sessions wrapped up, we caught up with the team over drinks, swapping notes and grabbing a few leaders for even more tips and stories before heading back to the villa. It was the perfect way to close out a whirlwind few days of learning, laughter, and celebration.

Reflections
Looking back, this trip was about so much more than just a convention. It was about community, growth, and creating memories with people who share the same vision. From lounging by the pool to walking across a stage in front of thousands, every moment reinforced why I love this business — it gives us the freedom to dream bigger, work smarter, and celebrate each milestone along the way.
And the best part? We’re only just getting started.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, unfulfilled, or like you’re made for something more, maybe it’s time to explore a new path. We don’t just sell travel — we’re building a movement towards freedom, flexibility and a better life.
